Phil, the Director of Intensive Care Landscape & Pool Design, a premier landscaping services and construction company, has a wealth of experience and expertise in landscape construction. 

Phil began his career in the UK, where he started his landscaping qualification at the young age of 15. By 17, he was among the first individuals in his age group to successfully qualify as a landscaper. At 18, he moved to Australia and joined a prominent landscaping company in Sydney, studying Certificate III in Landscape Construction at TAFE and registering as a structural landscaper.

Over the past 11 years, Phil has successfully operated his own landscaping business, during which he attained both his pool builder’s and builder’s licenses. His dedication to learning and professional growth has been instrumental in our team's success.

Lloyd, our Project Lead, has an extensive background in construction and design, enabling us to conceive and create our own projects from the ground up. Having Lloyd in our team enhances our ability to offer comprehensive outdoor solutions, tailored to the unique needs of our clients..

Johnny, a vital member of the Intensive Care Landscape & Pool Design Team, serves as our Landscape Project Manager. His expertise in managing complex projects and his background in environment and stormwater management have been instrumental in our success. Johnny has been with our team for six years, during which he has skillfully managed over 20 diverse landscaping projects.

Johnny’s strengths lie in his meticulous planning and execution. His ability to oversee every aspect of a project, from concept to completion, ensures that we consistently deliver high-quality landscape construction results that meet our clients’ needs and expectations. From excavation to final touches, we handle every step with precision, creativity, and care

Remy, our highly skilled and experienced all-round landscaper, has several years of experience in the landscaping industry and has honed his skills across various aspects of landscape management and design. His expertise ranges from garden planning and planting to landscape construction and maintenance, making him a versatile and invaluable asset to our team.

Remy's eye for detail, creativity, and deep understanding of both aesthetic design and practical function allows him to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful and sustainable landscapes. His ability to guide and mentor our apprentices, while also managing complex projects, showcases his leadership and dedication to his craft.

Gabe is our dedicated landscape apprentice  embarking on an educational journey with us, bringing fresh enthusiasm and a passion for learning to our team. As a second-year apprentice, Gabe is involved in hands-on training and comprehensive studies to master the art and science of landscaping.

Anne-Marie, our dedicated Business Manager, plays a vital role with expansive expertise in business management, coaching, and customer service, making her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.
